Grown on the rich volcanic soils of Cameroon, this global grand cru is distinguished by a staggering aromatic profile. White Penja offers very pronounced notes of camphor, incense, and menthol, carried by exceptional strength (piperine), without ever being aggressive. Placed at the last moment on an exceptional red meat, a warmed oyster, or even a raw chocolate mousse, its earthy pungency creates a length on the palate (caudalie) worthy of a great vintage wine.
